National Schools Cheerleading Championship

Our school is bursting with pride as The Eagles cheerleading team soared to new heights at Sunday’s National Schools Cheerleading Championships. Not only did they secure a fantastic third‑place finish, but they also brought home the coveted UKCA Spirit Award — a true testament to their energy, kindness and unwavering support for others.

The Spirit Award recognises teams who lift the atmosphere of the entire competition, celebrating every performer and showing outstanding sportsmanship. The Eagles embodied these values from start to finish.

I am so proud of the girls. Their enthusiasm, teamwork and impeccable behaviour shone throughout the day, and their positive attitude made them wonderful ambassadors for our school.
