Receptionist/ Administrative Support Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Support Assistant to start as soon as possible. The role will involve support for the school’s general administration including reception duties, and other key functions such as Groupcall, our home-school communication. There are two busy receptions in school and we anticipate the postholder being based in our main visitor reception. This role will involve some first-aid duties and the successful candidate should be willing to undertake any necessary training.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, IT skills and be highly efficient and organised. Whilst experience in a school is not essential, we are looking for someone who is used to operating IT systems in a front of house setting. The post requires you to be able to deal sensitively with a variety of situations with students, staff, parents and external organisations. An ability to re main calm in stressful situations and a flexible approach with highly accurate written communication skills are essential.
The hours of work are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday, with a 3.30pm finish on Fridays.
Learning Support Assistant

Actual starting salary for 30 hours per week £18,590 per annum.

We are seeking a positive, proactive Learning Support Assistant to provide support for our students. This is a permanent, term-time only post (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday currently from 8.45am-3.30pm with 45 minutes for lunch), available immediately in the school’s highly successful Learning Support Department. The role will involve supporting students in classrooms and at times working with individuals or small groups. Part-time applications from suitable candidates will be considered although a commitment to the full working school day is essential.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic Learning Hub Mentor to join our Inclusion Team and play a vital role in supporting some of our most vulnerable students.

Working within our bespoke Learning Hub, you will support students who may be experiencing barriers to learning, including those:
- Joining the school mid-year and requiring induction support
- Returning following illness or prolonged absence
- Following a personalised or modified timetable
- Recovering from short-term physical injuries
- Requiring additional support to successfully access mainstream education
You will work closely with students, families, teachers, Achievement Leaders and the wider Inclusion Team to help each young person achieve their potential.

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dedicated support staff team.
The position is part-time, term time only. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher’s PA, playing a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping and supporting student outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that student records are accurately and appropriately filed and disseminated
- Liaising effectively with staff across the school
- Assisting with wider administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate and well-organised records
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work
- Is proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks

Lunchtime Supervisors

We are seeking to appoint reliable, flexible Lunchtime Supervisors to work within a friendly, supportive and well established team. Duties to include supervising students during lunchtimes in the dining areas and surrounding school grounds both inside and out. Applicants should be able to relate well to children, young adults and staff, act responsibly and be able to keep calm and respond quickly to situations.
