Receptionist/Clerical Assistant – Grade 3 – 13.5 Hours per week
The role to include reception cover, general administrative support for senior staff and organisation of whole school stationery including processing orders. The successful candidate will have a friendly and welcoming disposition in order to provide an effective and efficient reception service to the school. A first-aid qualification would be an advantage but is not absolutely necessary. The role will be carried out Monday to Wednesday mornings inclusive, 9:00am to 1:30pm; start time may be negotiable. This is a temporary role for a period of up to one year commencing on 4 September 2017. The salary scale is the Local Authority’s Grade 3 (£15613-£16491) pro rata.

Lunchtime Supervisor – Grade 2
This is a permanent post working a maximum of 6.25 hours per week, term time only, within a supportive and well established team. The salary scale is the Local Authority’s Grade 2 (£15115-£15613) – pro rata. Actual starting salary will be in the region of £7.83- £8.09 per hour. We are seeking to recruit to this post as soon as possible.
